We are looking for a dynamic account manager to help generate sales opportunities for both new accounts as well as existing client relationships. Ideally, we are seeking an Account Manager with experience in the Web industry.

The account manager will be responsible for driving all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, appointment setting, determination of client needs, presentation, solution development, proposal preparation and delivery, and closing the business. This role is also responsible for consistent account management including issue resolution and superb client satisfaction. The account manager will be our client’s main point of contact for all work requests and any issue resolution.

The account manager will be supported by and work closely with other members of our team throughout the sales and service process. Additional duties will encompass reporting on sales progress as well as developing a growing understanding of our technology, and keeping up with Industry developments.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Main point of contact for client and client communication
• Work together with the project team to schedule work
• Work together with the project team to quote work
• Preparation of all proposals and management of the sales process as described above
• Review of all account invoices
• Participate in project work as appropriate and necessary

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Two years minimum industry experience
• Experience with e-commerce solutions
• Bachelor's degree
• Outstanding presentation, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to achieve agreed upon sales targets
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
• Results driven attitude with the ability to sell and project a positive, professional attitude

We are open to both full-time candidates as well as those seeking a freelance position. The position does require work on site at our offices in Lincolnwood.

This position works closely with the Art Department, Web Developers and other Front-end Developers in a team environment. The Front-end Developer is responsible for taking static design templates from the Art Department and seamlessly following through with those templates to maintain and support the overall design concept throughout the entire site. This individual will use their best judgment to integrate the Art Directors vision with the programmers coding. You will be asked to provide creative and strategic input and must feel confident doing so.

Additionally, the Front-end Developer will be responsible for maintaining existing sites that may have been originally coded by others. The Front-end Developer will be expected to complete tasks within a budget while meeting deadlines. We are looking for a highly organized individual with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Web design and production
• Expertise in HTML 5, CSS 3 and Javascript
• Experience with ColdFusionMX and ASP.net is a plus
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Familiarity with SEO Concepts
• Possess a sense of design, an eye for detail and an innate desire to produce quality work
• Ability to follow established practices where they exist, and recognize where new ones would be beneficial

We are looking for Web developers to join our team. This is a full-time position and you'll be working flexible hours from anywhere.

The Web developer position works closely with the Web designers and other Web Developers in a team environment. The Web developer will be expected to code (design, develop and maintain code) according to requirements and specifications. You will be expected to convert Functional Requirements into fully-functional dynamic pages with minimal direction. The Web Developer will also be expected to complete tasks within a budget while meeting deadlines.

Additionally, the developer will be responsible for maintaining code on sites developed by you or others. We are looking for a highly organized individual with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Web development and production
• Required experience includes expertise in ASP.Net, HTML, CSS, Javascript and Microsoft SQL Server technologies
• Experience with ColdFusion and PHP is a plus
• Must be comfortable working in a team environment
• Have the desire and ability to trace issues to their source- even when those issues lie outside the boundaries of your code
• Familiarity with SEO concepts
• Basic knowledge of Web Services
• Experience with SCM tools such as Subversion or CVS
• Ability to follow established practices where they exist, and recognize where new ones would be beneficial

The intern position requires about 30 hours a week. This is a learning position more than anything as you will have a crash course on how to do social media correctly for business, learning the ins and outs of many platforms.
